RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. This gives you ample time to evaluate your purchase with confidence.

Return Conditions

Eligible Items for Return:

  • Fragrances must be unopened and unused in their original packaging
  • Product must include all accessories, boxes, and original materials
  • Proof of purchase required (receipt or order confirmation)

Non-Eligible Items:

  • Fragrances that have been opened or used (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products without original packaging or with packaging damaged by the customer
  • Items marked as "final sale" (if applicable)

Exceptions: If you received a defective or incorrect product, we will accept the return even if the item has been opened. Please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Return Fees

  • No restocking fee for unopened items that meet return conditions
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error with your order
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure we receive your return

Return Process

  1. Contact our team: Email ecommerce@oasisperfumesusa.com with your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive authorization: We will send you return instructions and a shipping address
  3. Pack the item: Ensure the product is unopened, in its original packaging, and well protected
  4. Ship the return: Use a tracked method and keep your shipping receipt
  5. Receive your refund: We will process your refund within 5-10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Refund amount will include the product price (no restocking fee for unopened items)
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 days for the refund to appear in your account

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning the original product for a refund and placing a new order.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging
  • We will cover all return and replacement shipping costs
  • We will process a full refund or send a replacement according to your preference
