We work with UPS, USPS, and FedEx courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and on time. The available shipping methods depend on your location.
Shipping Times
- Orders within the United States: Estimated delivery times for domestic shipments are 3 to 7 business days from the time your order has been processed and shipped.
- Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that holidays and weekends may delay the processing and delivery of your order.
Shipping Costs
The shipping cost will depend on the destination and the size of the order. During the checkout process, you will be able to see the exact shipping cost before completing your purchase.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your order in real time through the selected carrier's website.
Delivery Issues
Oasis Perfumes USA is not a logistics company and therefore has no control over delivery times or package handling once they have been shipped.

Damaged Packages: If the package is delivered with visible damage, we recommend reporting it to the carrier at the time of delivery. If you have already received the package and find that the product is damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of receipt to arrange a solution.

Lost Packages: If your package has not been delivered and the estimated delivery time has been exceeded, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company directly. If the package has been marked as "delivered" but is missing, it is also the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company to resolve any issues related to the package’s location or recovery.

Delayed Packages: In some cases, delays may occur due to external factors such as weather conditions, high demand, or operational issues with the carrier. If your order is taking longer than expected, you must contact the carrier using the provided tracking number to get updated information on the shipping status.

Returned Packages to the Seller: If a package is returned to the sender for any reason, such as an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or failure to claim it at the carrier's office, it is the customer's responsibility to contact the courier company directly to resolve the issue and coordinate a new delivery attempt. Any additional costs incurred for reshipping the package will be the customer’s responsibility.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate address during the checkout process. If an incorrect address causes a delay in delivery or the return of the package, any additional costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
